Bill Case — Founder, PT

Bill Case has built a career on helping people move with confidence. For more than 35 years, he’s been guiding patients through recovery, maintaining a high standard of care in physical therapy. After earning his degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, he pursued advanced training in sports therapy, setting the stage for a lifelong focus on strength, mobility and prevention.
Beyond the clinic, Bill has made his mark as an author and educator. His writing has appeared in leading health and wellness publications — and his book Stand Tall, Don’t Fall captures his passion for helping older adults stay active and independent. He’s also contributed to professional texts and wellness programs that continue to influence how therapy is practiced today.
What makes Bill’s approach unique is his blend of innovation and compassion. He’s created patented tools for rehab, lectured internationally on injury recovery, and designed treatment programs that emphasize posture, flexibility and lasting strength. At the heart of it all, though, is his commitment to personalized care — ensuring every patient leaves stronger than they came in.
Dr. Samantha Roberts — PT, DPT

Dr. Samantha Roberts brings both academic excellence and compassionate PT services to our physical therapy clinic in Houston. After completing her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. Her clinical focus includes orthopedics, sports rehabilitation and post-surgical recovery — but Samantha is equally passionate about prevention.
Her toolkit includes everything from manual therapy and tailored exercise to dry needling and patient education, always customized to the individual in front of her. Samantha is approachable, thoughtful and encouraging — qualities that help create a supportive environment where recovery feels possible. Whether she’s helping an athlete return to competition or guiding an older adult through mobility training, her goal is always the same: to restore strength, confidence and independence.
Outside of her clinical work, Samantha stays active herself and enjoys exploring Houston’s growing fitness and wellness community. She also pursues continuing education opportunities, staying at the forefront of her field so she can bring the very best of modern physical therapy to her patients.
